your in game name: Vulture
name of the rule breaker: ionutz
proofs:

comment: as you can see in the picture player ionutz registered another account with the name: ionutz1 and you can see also that the server sent him to jail which means his account is already registered.
and don't say it may not be him he just added the "1" to his account,it's clear.
