Hi there, I am Natalie and I wanted to suggest the idea of addition of Events to the game that require player interaction. For instance, u can assign a building in each city as a duel arena that players can duel by betting some cash, organize a way to race with players and play pool at bars for a wager. The way I see it, the more player interactions, the more fun the server becomes.
