your in game name: Vulture
name of the rule breaker: (actually there is no rule breakers but there is a bug)

comment: here you can see in the picture that the cop killed me (deathwindow) and as everyone know: when you get killed/arrested your wanted level will be removed.
but here my wanted level didn't removed it stays.
this bug happened a several times and if it didn't get fixed there will be a difficulty on the cops.

NOTE: i typed the "name of the rule breaker" and "proofs" to make a right report posting :)
