Hi i am Vulture i would suggest to add a "follow forum" in this forum.
Like post new topic but it will be on the left.
If you was on a forum there will be a "follow this forum" and when you click it you follow the forum and if you clicked it again you unfollow the forum.
Example: i am in the english version forum goes to reports (for example) and i wanted to follow it to see if there would be a new topic posted in it.
When a new topic is posted the member who follows the forum (Cops and Criminals,reports,suggestions and unban appeals) will receive a email saying: [member name] has posted the topic [topic name] in the forum [forum name].
